Digitizing

Our 3D optical measures are based on the triangulation principle. Thanks to a spotlight, the model is swept by blue light rays. A stereo camera records the data. The software provides a 3D point cloud for any size or structure.

    From these data, we offer:

  • A reverse engineering (RDS), a digital model…
  • Dimensional control from the original CAD file.
  • 3D data archiving for maintenance or back-up.
  • Restoration of broken items, copy from handmade models.
  • Enlargement or reduction of models.
  • Direct processing from the point cloud or 3D manufacture.
